Pediatric LNA

Job Summary:
Regency Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team in Windham, New Hampshire on a per-diem, hourly basis. As a Pediatric LNA, you will provide care to pediatric patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our young patients, as well as gain valuable healthcare experience.

Case: This case is for a young man in Windham. His mom is looking for 1-3 nights a week/overnights. He is in need of 24 hour supervision. Mom would be grateful for any coverage.

Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate and high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and hygiene
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Assist with therapeutic activities and exercises prescribed by a physician or therapist
• Monitor and document patient's vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
• Attend in-service training and educational programs as required

Requirements:
• Active certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in the state of New Hampshire
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LNA, preferably in a pediatric setting-Perferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
