ABOUT THIS SANDY FAMILY RESTAURANT JOB

This Kitchen Helper - Prep Cook position is full-time. While we endeavor to maintain a consistent schedule, flexibility is essential to accommodate varying demands, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. We try to provide two consecutive days off whenever possible!

As a Kitchen Helper - Prep Cook, you are responsible for the preparation of ingredients for our delicious food. Your typical day will commence with tasks such as washing, chopping, and organizing vegetables, as well as cutting meats and assisting with other essential meal preparation activities. In addition to these duties, you will play a crucial role in setting up workstations and ensuring ingredients are readily available, thereby contributing to the seamless execution of culinary endeavors. You also assist with basic cooking such as sauce reduction and food parboiling.
