WHAT WILL YOUR DAY BE LIKE?

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

As our Lead Excavator Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. You'll lead a team of 2-4 individuals on job sites, ensuring efficient and safe completion of excavation projects. Your day will involve coordinating with project managers and plumbers, communicating with customers, and performing manual labor alongside operating heavy machinery. Your dedication to job site safety and equipment maintenance will be essential to our success!

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

We're looking for a Lead Excavator Operator who can meet the following qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as an excavator operator
• 5 years of experience with water and sewer
• 3+ years of experience with excavating equipment, including a backhoe and a Bobcat
• Valid driver's license

Although not required, having these preferred qualifications would be a plus:

• 6+ years of experience as an excavator
• 6+ years of water and sewer experience
• 5+ years of experience using excavating equipment
• Sales experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Class A CDL license
