Logistics - Full Time- Seasonal

Logistics Back of House Responsibilities

Assist with transportation and member parking.
Assist with all preseason and post season tasks as directed by manager.
Set up, breakdown and organize all equipment for catering, childcare, special events, and all other functions.
Organize and maintain all warehouse and storage facilities (refrigerated, frozen, paper, dry goods, etc.).
Support Special Events & Catering and Food & Beverage locations.
Assist camp with delivering lunches, water, etc.
Safely transport items to various club locations; and,
Perform all duties and tasks as requested by manager.

Logistics Front of House Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service.
Communicate effectively with team and managers.
Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any issues.
Maintain table settings by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
Help food preparation staff when necessary; and,
Perform all duties and tasks as requested by manager.

Skills

Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, and/or custodian or janitorial position or similar role.
Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances.
Knowledge of safe labeling and disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components.
Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices.
High attention to detail and conscientiousness.
Ability to perform manual labor of varying intensity both indoors and outdoors; and,
Effective communication skills with customers & staff.

Requirements

Janitorial Responsibilities

Ensure spaces are prepared by taking out trash & recycling, tidying furniture, power washing, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces.
Wash, disinfect, sanitize toilets all contents of bathrooms, and restock disposables (paper towels and soap, etc.).
Wipe mirrors and windows.
Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors.
Maintain outer premises by watering plants, remove snow, clean entrances & walkways, weed, and remove litter and debris from grounds.
Perform maintenance and minor repairs (replace broken switches, fix door handles and minor leaks, etc.).
Report major damages and repairs.
Must be able to operate and maintain equipment and tools as necessary, including but not limited to, dishwashers, scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, strippers, brooms, mops, etc.
Secure facilities after operating hours by locking doors, closing windows, and arming buildings.
Must adhere to COVID-19 policy and protocols while performing duties and interacting with others; and,
Undertake other custodial and janitorial tasks (lifting heavy items, moving chairs, setup & break down for classrooms, catered events, etc.).
