AESTHETIC PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT OR NURSE PRACTITIONER JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE:

Aesthetic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

REPORTS TO:

The Physician Assistant(PA) or Nurse Practitioner(NP) will report to the Physician, Office Manager and/or Owners.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Care for our client’s skin and body by performing a wide variety of aesthetic services in a professional and ethical manner. Manage a team of aesthetic providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

●       Perform treatments on clients, including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, radio frequency treatments, skin care consultations, etc.

●       Perform Consultations with new and existing clients including annual patient facial assessments. Educate patients on the treatments recommended to make a mutual decision on the treatment plan.

●       Sell Premier’s chosen lines of home skin care products.

●       Manage a team of aesthetic providers with daily operations, decision making, patient care, goals, and continuing education.

●       Attend training, workshops, conferences, etc. that Premier deems helpful to the business.

●       Assist with surgery patients as necessary.

●       Assist in the daily operation of Premier including talking to patients on the phone, scheduling, cleaning, etc.

●       As Premier grows, assist in the hiring and training of new employees.

●       All employees are part of Premier’s marketing team. This includes assisting at educational client gatherings, holding open house events, conducting virtual events, working on special promotions, and actively promoting Premier in the community, etc.

●       Most importantly, as Premier is a small business, everyone does whatever needs to be done to run our business well.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

●       Oklahoma Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Certification

●       Great customer service skills

●       Happy and FUN!

Preferred:

Experience working in medical aesthetics

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Stand for long periods of time.

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:

Full-time position with flexible schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends if necessary. May require occasional on call coverage.

SALARY:

Performance based salaried compensation plan.
