Job Description

Follow instructions, assembly drawing and bill of materials (BOM) to assemble, test and package products to specification.

· Build custom assemblies as required by customer sales order.

· Build and stock standard complex assemblies – assemble, test and package according to work instructions and BOM.

· Maintain production cycle time for each assembly and work with area supervisor to improve assembly processes.

· Ensure the successful execution of the daily quality, documentation, and production control activities.

· Accurate completion of required operator performance documentation (production, down time, scrap etc.).

· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

· Assist in training new assembly personnel.

· Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by supervisor or management.
