How do you excel in this position

The Collections Specialist is responsible for leading credit and collection activities with support from the business units' operating teams, as necessary. This individual will be expected to meet DSO targets established for each business unit along with the creation of monthly metrics/dashboard for management reporting.

What are we looking for

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of proven customer service and/or collections experience.
• Experience with monthly reporting (DSO).
• Working with ERP system or similar.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
