Customer Care Operations Specialist (Temporary/Seasonal Position)

What Youll Do

• Process and document the orders escalated to the Operations Team.
• Investigate and problem-solve print/address issues with customer orders
• Address printer/management/Design Team concerns forwarded to the Team.
• Other CS support and escalated functions as assigned
• Backup and relief for all support functions in the department (phones, chat, email, QA, front-line Associate support, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
• The shift for this position is flexible and includes evenings and weekends.
• This position is for the PlanetArt brands including apps and websites.
  

Requirements

• Ability to diagnose and resolve customer concerns per the CS guidelines
  
• Positive attitude is a must.
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently, without supervision.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality customer service in all three channels (Phone, chat, email), including: following all company protocols and policies; ability to maintain positive attitude toward customer under pressure; understanding the need to balance efficiency with quality; and understanding the delicate balance between customer needs and company needs.
• Possess a high degree of professionalism, maturity, and objectivity with our numerous customer contacts.

• Private, distraction free environment
• Reliable high-speed internet access (non-Wifi connection for computer)
• Experience working from home in Customer Service preferred
