Job Description
Role
As an Operator Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Machine Operator), you'll be responsible for high-speed manufacturing of metal food packaging. Your duties will include advanced machine operation, independent troubleshooting, machine changeovers, daily maintenance activities, and ensuring quality control. You'll also assist with installation, replacement, and mechanical operational improvements, and support inventory management activities.

- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills in English.

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices.
- Forklift and Material handling experience preferred.
- Mechanical Aptitude and Proficiency as verified through standardized mechanical testing.
