Electrical Mechanical Optical Tester / Miami,FL/2nd shift

As an Electrical Mechanical Optical Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our state-of-the-art technology products. You will be responsible for conducting tests on electrical, mechanical, and optical components and systems, and identifying any defects or malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough testing and inspection of electrical, mechanical, and optical components and systems according to company standards and procedures

- Use a variety of testing equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers, to accurately assess product performance

- Record and analyze test data, and prepare detailed reports highlighting any issues or discrepancies found during testing

- Collaborate with product engineers and designers to troubleshoot and resolve issues with product design and performance

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing procedures and increase efficiency

- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment as needed to ensure accuracy and reliability of results

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling and testing live electrical equipment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma/GED required; Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred

- 2-3 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or optical testing

- Knowledge of electrical systems and components, as well as testing methods and procedures

- Familiarity with testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

- Flexibility to work 2nd shift as needed to meet project deadlines
