Bilingual Intake Auditor
Impact:
As our Auditor in our Intakes department, you will be responsible for monitoring and measuring the quality of inbound and/or outbound calls with prospective clients.

As our Auditor in our Intakes department, you will be responsible for monitoring and measuring the quality of inbound and/or outbound calls with prospective clients.
Daily Tasks:
- Perform call monitoring and create audit reports for management to identify issues and measure performance.
- Obtain intake metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Perform quality control on inbound and outbound calls, including call center workflows.
- Create and maintain statistical reports with Excel, including pivot tables.
- Perform testing and analysis of call center integrations to ensure proper handling of calls.
- Provide technical guidance as necessary to ensure optimum department performance.
- Coordinate compilation of call center reports, including performance assessments and variance reporting
Your Skills:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center.
- CRM experience required, including analyzing reports and identifying trends and optimization strategies.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required.
- Salesforce experience a huge plus.
- Compensation range based on experience $49,920 - $66,560.
