Pay & Benefits:

• The pay range for this position is $17 - $19/hour based on education and experience

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Location: AlphaBEST Regional Office in Whippany NJ

As an AlphaBEST Customer Care Representative, you'll bring your A-game daily as you:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every phone call and interaction
• Resolve customer concerns when questions or concerns arise regarding programs, registrations, student management system, accounts, and billing.
• Have fun
• Showcase AlphaBEST's core values to our customers
• Build customer loyalty
• Complete reports regularly that provide leadership a picture of your area of responsibility

Here's what you'll need:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish languages is a plus
• An obsession to make every customer happy
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Two years' experience and a proven track record of impeccable customer satisfaction
