Job Description
The Investor Reporting Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Investor Services Manager in developing a proactive Investor Accounting department and ensures investment activities are in compliance with investor, regulatory, government and company guidelines.

- Provide development, direction, support and guidance to Investor Reporting staff
- Measure, monitor, manage and approve the completion of reporting/remittance functions within the department
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing needs as needed to ensure quality levels of service and performance
- Provide professional and courteous communication with internal and external customers to address and resolve problems, special requests and discrepancy situations
- Responsible for training and recordkeeping for development of staff
- Serve as the point of contact within the department for research and escalations
- Assist Investor Services Manager with staffing, performance appraisals, retention and development
- Analyze large amounts of data and condense into executive level analytics
- Track and analyze business unit trends and make appropriate recommendations to management that will impact overall effectiveness
- Prepare month end reports and deliver to Senior Management
- Participate in training events to maintain and improve knowledge of investor requirements
- Escalate to management any deficiencies, problems or concerns that might be a potential risk
- Other duties as assigned
