Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Lead/ Transportation at Trinity Nursing & Rehabilitation of Granbury, TX is responsible for providing leadership to the housekeeping staff and managing the overall cleaning operations in the facility. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to plan and manage cleaning staff and their resources to ensure high-quality patient care. The position also is for transport aide which is responsible for transporting, using the company bus, and residents to appointments. Must be comfortable driving the facility van in the metroplex area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and organization of the housekeeping department.
• Ensure that all housekeeping tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspect work areas and ensure proper materials and supplies are available and used properly.
• Track and maintain accurate records, including attendance, hours worked, vacation, sick leave, etc.
• Maintain written and electronic filing systems.
• Act as liaison between housekeeping staff and other employees as needed.
• Assist in volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address incidents and complaints related to housekeeping.

Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent

• Proven experience in a supervisory role

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Well-developed organizational and planning skills

• Excellent leadership skills

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive and proactive attitude

• Computer literacy
