Shift: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with flexible hours)

Qualifications Required:

- Passed background check and drug screen
- Up-to-date health documentation

- CPR certification, Direct Support Professional/CNA certification
- Own reliable transportation
