Role Description

This is a contracted role, with the option to develop into a full caseload if desired, for a Psychotherapist/LCSW/LPC in Private Practice at New Paths Counseling, LLC. As a Psychotherapist, you will help individuals develop understandings and insight into their lives. You will provide counseling, support, and guidance to clients who may be experiencing feelings of sadness, worry, or anger. This position is located in Haddonfield, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work.

The position can be developed into a role that promotes the clinicians strengths working with individuals, families, and/or groups. The clinician will receive support in developing an active caseload, and will be responsible to maintaining and growing therapeutic relationships to provide authentic and supportive care. Office space is provided by the company for in-person visits.

This is a hybrid-option-position designed to better help meet the needs of the individuals we serve. The clinician can schedule either in-person or virtual appointments to better assist the growing needs and demands of individuals while maintaining flexibility in their lives as well. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey
• Experience in providing counseling services to individuals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to empathize and connect with clients
• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and interventions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of clients

Preferences:

• Contracted with insurance panels, i.e Horizon BCBS of NJ, United Healthcare, and Aetna are preferred but not required.
• Experience in private practice is preferred but not required.
