This exciting position requires a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to establish and grow psychiatric services and work in collaboration with counselors on an integrated team. This is a full-time position, with comprehensive benefits, but we will consider part-time as well. This is ambulatory work that can be a combination of in person and telehealth.

Responsibilities:
- Manages the healthcare of patients with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and preserves dignity and rights.
- Prescribes medications and non-pharmacological therapies based on the patient’s diagnoses, health history, and age.
- Encourages positive health behaviors through education and counseling.
- Applies standardized care guidelines in clinical practice.
- Performs designated procedures.
- Ensures compliance.
Qualifications and skills:
- Required Board License – PMHNP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Ability to function as an effective member of an integrated healthcare team.
- Two years relevant clinical health experience preferred.
