JOB FUNCTION:
In support of the Mission, Vision and Values of SyBridge Technologies Group of Companies, the CNC Programmer / Operator is responsible for running multiple machines whether it be roughing, hard milling or electrodes. Reporting to the Supervisor, Manufacturing, a CNC Programmer / Operator works to ensure accuracy and consistency to help meet or exceed all goals and objectives required from the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read prints and verify Red Line dimensions
- Understanding of print tolerancing
- Program and operate 3 axis CNC machines
- Understanding of sound and proper set ups
- Understanding of In Process Inspection
- Own an array of tools e.g., tenth indicator, depth micrometer, drop indicator, etc.
- Understanding of proper inspection techniques
- Understanding of final inspection of machined items
- Deburr, demagnetize, and clean all parts
- Cleanliness of work area
- Team player and ability to work well with others
