Job Description:
We currently have openings for experienced Yard Equipment Operators and Yard Crew workers. Operators must have prior experience operating heavy-duty forklifts with a 16,000 lb. Lift capacity. You will be responsible for routine equipment checks and maintenance, loading, and unloading products, and executing standard receiving and shipping processes safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Take care of the outside materials and equipment handling needs in a safe manner.
- Complete tasks within predefined parameters according to job needs.
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.
- Keep yard organized and cleaned.
- Work with outbound and inbound truck freight loading and unloading.
- Follow all company safety and operation procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating heavy-duty forklifts with a 16,000lb. Capacity. Certifications a plus.
- Ability to work outside in the yard in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Communication skills (verbal and written).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Consistent work history.
- Steel toe boots required.
- Attention to details.
- Physical ability to lift heavy weights.
