Pest Control Technician

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Pest Control Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for providing residential pest control services to customers within the local area. This includes evaluating and identifying pests, developing and implementing pest control plans, providing customer education and advice, and documenting all pest control activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect customer premises for signs of infestation and identify any pests present

• Develop and implement pest control plans to eliminate pest infestations

• Use a variety of pest control methods and materials to eliminate pests, such as baiting, trapping, and spraying

• Educate customers on proper pest control methods and preventative measures

• Monitor customer premises for new infestations and follow up on existing pest control plans

• Document all pest control activities, including treatments, customer instructions, and customer feedback

• Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure proper functioning and safety Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Knowledge of pest control methods, materials, and safety procedures

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and environments

• Ability to pass a background check

• Pesticide application certification preferred Compensation
