Quality Control Manager - Direct Hire

Job Title: QC Manager
Location: City of Industry, CA, USA
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000/year + Year-End Bonus (up to 2 months’ salary)

KPG Has partnered with a Thriving Company in The City of Industry for a Direct Hire opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated QC Manager to oversee our clients quality control operations. The successful candidate will lead monthly QC team meetings, collaborate with various teams to enhance quality standards, and manage claim reports for settlements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct New Vendor Pick-up Location Verification.
• Resolve issues in operations promptly.
• Review material photos on urgent cases and provide feedback.
• Lead QC Team Monthly Meetings.
• Provide quality review and feedback to the Marketing, Booking, and Sales teams.
• Oversee the review of claim reports for settlement.
• Approve requests made by the QC team.
• Manage and execute Special QC Projects.
• Handle Ad Hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Profound knowledge of ISO 17020 and ISO 9001 standards.
• At least 5 years of Quality Control and Inspection Experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in the recycling/wastepaper industry, with familiarity in recycling materials.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurship skills and the ability to drive quality initiatives.
