Marrick Medical, a four-time recipient of Inc 5000’s Fasting Growing Companies in America, seeks a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Denver, CO to continue to cultivate and maintain relationships with personal injury attorneys and medical providers to derive new patient referrals. Summary/Objective: The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding and nurturing Marrick's medical provider network and attorney relationships in a designated territory. This role demands autonomy and a strong work ethic within a dynamic business development setting.
Essential Functions:
- Prospect new vendors, specializing in urgent care, pain management, medical imaging, surgery centers, physical therapy, and orthopedic surgery.
- Network with attorneys, medical providers, vendors, and influential figures within the med-legal business community.
- Maintain consistent and open communication channels with the operations department.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that prioritizes learning and dedication to quality.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue goals within the designated territory.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for healthcare provider and attorney clients in the specified geographic area.
- Engage in negotiations to finalize agreements and secure new business partnerships with healthcare providers
- Stay informed about local and regional market trends and their impact on Marrick operations.
- Maintain high levels of accountability, confidentiality (HIPAA compliance), and professionalism when handling medical and financial data.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, sales-oriented mentality.
Employment Requirement: Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
The required education and experience for the role are:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
The compensation is:
$90,000-$100,000 salary, plus quarterly commissions if a specified percentage of growth is achieved.
