Resource Counselor

This position earns a starting range of $20-22 per hour, plus earn two incentives of $625 each after completing brief online trainings (a total of $1250 in extra pay before taxes)! To sweeten the deal, you can also earn a $1 per hour pay increase after completing a six-month development and performance program!

To be successful as a Resource Counselor at Community Interface Services, you'll need to possess a unique set of skills and qualities. First and foremost, exceptional customer service skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with individuals and providing them with the support and assistance they need. Additionally, your resource-finding abilities will be crucial, as you'll be tasked with connecting individuals to various opportunities and services within the community. At minimum, we are seeking someone who has a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred), a passenger vehicle and safe driving record, able to pass a background check, and able to assess and make decisions to improve someone's wellbeing.
