Job Description
Contract Paralegal
Up to $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Columbus, Ohio (onsite)
What you’ll be doing & Who we’re looking for:
- Document & Contract Review
- Minimum of 1-2 years working as a Paralegal in a corporate or law firm setting
- Paralegal Certification or like education
- Litigation Experience is a plus
- Compliance – Trade/Import/Export experience is also a plus
- Governance experience
- Previous experience with Matter Management platform and Contract Lifestyle Management (CLM) platform, is a plus
- Administrative duties may consist of 70% of this position
