REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT (RDA) wanted for our San Jose Pediatric dental office: Bay Area Kids Dentistry. We are looking for a dedicated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, willing to go above and beyond. The ideal candidate will be energetic with positive and compassionate demeanor, and love working with children of all ages.

Schedule

• This is a full-time position
• Monday through Friday - no weekends
• 8am to 5pm

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Must have current CA certified RDA license
• X-ray licensure
• An outgoing and friendly demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with children
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience working in a pediatric dental office

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during patient examinations, procedures, and adjustments
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Make impressions of patients' teeth for the creation of orthodontic appliances
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care for orthodontic appliances
• Other duties as assigned
