Role Overview
The machine operator will operate the stucco rite laminator/sheeter equipment, following work instructions and paying extra attention to safety, quality, and productivity. The role involves significant physical exertions such as moving up and down stairs, bending, lifting, carrying items, pushing and pulling, griping, etc. Safety is our # 1 priority.
Shift Premiums are provided for the required shift assigned. All applicants must be able to work the shifts outlined below:

- Day Shift: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm - No Shift premium
- Swing Shift: 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm - Shift premium
- Night Shift: 9:00 pm to 5:30 am - Shift premium

Examples of Duties
- Must be able to read and understand technical drawings, bills of material, and work order required specifications
- Able to set up, make proper adjustments, and productively operate Stucco Rite, Laminator/Sheeter equipment
- Must be able to meet or exceed daily production goals
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Observes all Company safety rules
- Able to perform medium to heavy lifting
- Able to drive forklift and perform loading and unloading activities
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and workload
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the production manager/supervisor
What You'll Bring
- 2-years of manufacturing experience
- Able to update shop floor computer
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be a team player
- Good communication skills
- Must speak and read English
- Forklift certification is a plus
