E-Commerce Lister / Shipper

E-Commerce Shipper Duties:

●      Examine items for quality and condition prior to shipment preparation.

●      Package and prepare sold items for shipment, ensuring items are not damaged during shipment.

●      Accurately label packages with the shipment and address details

●      Meets department production goals for shipping items.

●      Accurately pull and package orders for shipping.

●      Adhere to the established standard of quality for packaging and shipping items.

●      Maintain a clean, neat and orderly workstation.

●      Work cooperatively with co-workers and subordinates to promote the achievement of company mission.

Other related duties as assigned

E-Commerce Lister Duties:

●      Must be able to type proficiently to list items accurately, comprehensively, with no typos or spelling errors.

●      Ability to write creatively and articulately.

●      Proofread all item descriptions for clarity, spelling and grammar.

●      Ability to identify, research, and list rare, collectible and/or unique items.

●      Ability to take professional digital photos for online listings.

●      Clean and test products as needed.

●      Must possess adequate physical endurance to work at industrial standards and fast pace.

●      Must be able to stand for long periods of time, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; push or pull.

●      Must be able to occasionally sit, kneel, squat, and climb.

●      Meet minimal posting goals, based on standard set by supervisor.

●      General housekeeping and ensuring a clean, organized work and storage area.

●      Follow safety guidelines.

●      Other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

The warehouse environment may be warm to hot/humid in summer months and cool in winter months.

Requirements:

●      High School Diploma or GED required.

●      Knowledge of Ecommerce procedures and software’s preferred

●      Effective interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills

●      Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

●      Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

●      Strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgment.
