Fire Integration Foreman

In this critical leadership role, you'll be responsible for managing the installation of fire alarm systems in commercial buildings, ensuring the safety and peace of mind for occupants.

• A Safety Champion: Prioritize safety by enforcing protocols and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
• A Compliance Expert: Conduct on-site evaluations, ensuring adherence to project scope and notifying management of any out-of-scope requests.
• A Skilled Trainer: Train technicians on industry standards and best practices, keeping your team knowledgeable and up-to-date.
• A Detail-Oriented Leader: Oversee project documentation, ensure T&M tickets are accurate, and maintain clear communication with the client.

To qualify, you'll possess:

• 10+ years: Proven track record in construction and fire system installation.
• 4+ years: Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve common goals.
• 5+ years: Solid understanding of fire alarm systems and installation procedures.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid California Driver's License and proof of auto insurance.

We also conduct pre-employment drug screening per Federal Contractor regulations and background checks following State and local regulations.

Work Environment:

• Be prepared for diverse work locations including construction sites and commercial buildings.
• The role requires occasional work at heights, in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces.
• You'll perform tasks such as driving for extended periods, walking, bending, stooping, lifting equipment (50+ lbs), and working in various temperature variations.
