Job Title .Net Lead Developer
Contract Tenure 13+ Weeks
Location: Omaha NE (HYBRID 2 days/week Onsite)
Shift: Days, M-F
Pay Rate: $48/hr on W2
Job Summary:
- The Lead .Net Software Developer will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all software and related artifacts.
- This may include, but is not limited to, API integrations, .NET/React native applications, modernization of legacy scripting (perl/python/php), testing automation, and facilitation of data integration requirements using APIs / Custom solutions.
- Provide oversight of functional .Net applications while also being directly involved with .NET application coding, system debugging, code reviewing, and the development of operational procedures.
- Ensures the software development team produces scalable and functional applications that meet specifications
Skills
- Knowledge of Company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate Mosaic's 7 Essential Practices of Leadership
- Strong understanding and experience with C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, Razor Pages, Web API, JQuery, CSS (SAAS/Bootstrap), HTML5, SQL Query, Stored Procedure, Azure Functions, CI/CD Pipeline and Azure PaaS and DevOps tools and platforms
- Experience with designing database schema, stored procedures, trigger and user defined functions in MS SQL Server environment
- Knowledge of Project management skills preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of security best practices for application design and development
- Ability to design and implement intuitive user experiences
- Experience with building and integrating applications using SOA and Micro services
- Adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership
Education
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience building applications with modern web technologies and leading development teams. Experience with strictly regulated fields is preferred (e.g. HIPAA, FERPA, PCI, etc)
