Responsibilities that Empower You:

• Client-Centered Care: Your expertise in assessing clients' eligibility for HBOT will be critical in tailoring personalized treatment plans. You'll educate clients and their families about the therapy's benefits, addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Safety and Effectiveness: As a skilled HBOT Technician, you'll adeptly operate and monitor hyperbaric chambers during therapy sessions, ensuring client safety and a comfortable environment. Adherence to strict safety protocols and guidelines will be second nature to you.
• Seamless Collaboration: You'll work closely with our client care team and our referring medical partners, facilitating communication and coordinating client care seamlessly. Your ability to work collaboratively will enhance the overall patient experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Certification and Credentials: Possess a valid Hyperbaric Technologist or Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) certification from a recognized accrediting agency, such as the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology (NBDHMT). Background in healthcare, such as EMTs, LVNs, RTs (Respiratory Therapists), or other related medical professions is a plus.
• Educational Background: Although a CHT certification is sufficient, a bachelor's degree in sports medicine, exercise science, physical education, kinesiology, or a related field is welcome.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Technician, along with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care, will set you apart as a top candidate.
• Medical Expertise: Your strong understanding of hyperbaric medicine, human physiology, and the effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the human body will be instrumental in providing effective treatments.
• Communication and Compassion: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with your compassionate approach to patient care, will build strong connections with clients and their families.
• Technical Skills: Computer experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, a must, and Mindbody (POS) a plus.
• Team: Be a part of the Team and participate in the success of the Company, by sharing your expertise and selling the Service, when time permits.
• Detailed and Organized: Meticulous record-keeping skills will ensure accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions. Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently. Must be organized and able to meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of communication and people skills
• Professionalism: Your professionalism, appearance, and demeanor will exemplify the high standards we uphold in our wellness center.
