Staff Tax Accountant Duties and Responsibilities
- CPA or CPA-eligible professional with 2-5+ years of public accounting experience
- Prepare various types of basic to moderately complex tax returns (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120 and 1120S)
- Assist in bookkeeping for clients
- Effectively manages workload to meet target deadlines while maintaining a high level of work quality
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
- Perform tax research, staying up to date on changes
