Pest Control Service Team Member - 4 Day Work Week - No Weekends!

Looking for a new opportunity where you can make a difference and join a fun, family-oriented team? All-American Pest Control is currently hiring for service team members or service route technicians. We have full-time positions available with full benefits and a 4-day work week.

No prior pest control experience is necessary, and we'll train and equip you with the technical knowledge needed to deliver high-quality pest control and customer service.

In this full-time position, you'll enjoy regular and predictable hours year-round, 7 am to 5 pm. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

We're looking for someone who loves outdoor work, has excellent communication skills, can learn quickly, has excellent time management skills, enjoys working with customers, has a friendly attitude and a sense of humor, is proficient with hand tools, can lift 60 lbs., has a valid driver's license, and a plus would be 5 years of work experience or 3 years of experience in an industry-related position.
