WHAT WE DO

We help homeowners make sure their mortgage payments can be made if they pass away to give them the comfort and security they seek. We can also help people secure their retirement income and pay off all their debt.

HOW WE DO IT
Each week homeowners respond to our mailings and ads to request more information on the products we offer. You'll call the homeowners, schedule an appointment to review their financial information, work with them virtually to pick a product that meets their needs and budget, and help them apply for mortgage protection coverage.

WHAT WE SELL

Mortgage Protection Coverage is Life Insurance for Homeowners concerned about their mortgage payments
Final Expense is Life Insurance for elderly people concerned about paying their funeral costs
IUL is Whole Life Insurance to help individuals save for retirement
Annuities are Life Insurance products that help clients protect their retirement savings
Debt Free Life is a Whole Life Insurance product that helps clients pay off all their debt, including their mortgage, quickly

HOW YOU GET PAID

When the policy is approved and issued you'll get paid directly from the insurance carriers.
Starting commission is 70%. An average sale is $1,000.
This position is 100% commission only. No exceptions.
Part-time sales rep aim for 1-3 sales per week. Full-time sales reps aim for 3-5 sales per week.
Above average agents make more than that based on activity and results.
Opportunity to earn a Promotion every 1-2 months which include a 5% increase in commission each time.

REQUIREMENTS:

You must have a computer and internet access.
Life Insurance License required. (We'll guide you through the process if you don't have one.)
