Job Description

Our client, a growing Fintech, is seeking a talented Quantitative Developer/Researcher to join their team.

As a Quantitative Developer/Researcher, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing trading strategies for their fixed income portfolio. Your work will directly impact our ability to execute trades efficiently and enhance alpha generation.Responsibilities

Collaborate with quantitative researchers to translate trading strategies into robust software solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy high-performance trading algorithms.
Optimize code for low-latency execution, ensuring efficient market data signal processing.
Work closely with the technology team to maintain and enhance our trading infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, etc.).
Currently working with Python
Background in object-oriented programming languages
Experience / Interest in algorithmic trading, market microstructure, and order execution.
Familiarity with financial instruments, particularly fixed income products.
Passion for solving complex problems and improving trading efficiency.

Desired Skills

Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, or financial engineering
Experience working in latency sensitive environment
Writing Python Production Level Code
ML/AI experience
