Job Description
Duties of an LVN
- Visit patient once a week for assessment and or treatments.
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care and treatment to patients in their home or facilities.
- Assess patient and develop plan of care with MD
- Recording Vital Signs
- Wound care
- Documenting patient note, change of conditions, and reporting to the MD and RN
- Administering Medications
- Ordering medications as ordered by MD
- Collecting Samples for Routine Lab Tests
- Proper Patient Interaction Skills
- Recording Patient History and Personal Information
- Administering Injections or Medications (as permitted by state law)
- Patient Education
- Answering RP questionsÂ
Compensation: $32.00 per visit plus $0.50/ mile one way.
