Manufacturing Technician

Qualifications Requirements:  

• High School/GED 
• Must be at least 18y 
• Ability to stand/walk duration of shift 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & perform repetitive movements 
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs unassisted and up to 75lbs assisted. 

Knowledge & Skills: 

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.  
• Must accurately follow both verbal and written instructions in English. 
• Ability to perform and document basic mathematical calculations, (e.g. add, subtract, multiply, divide, work with fractions, decimals and percentages).  
• Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments, clear jams, evaluate product within specified limits and troubleshoot equipment.  
• Must be able to pass the GMP test and obtain area certification 

Additional Expectations to be communicated: 

• Ability/willingness to work in a cleanroom environment  
• Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOP's and plant policies/rules 
• Employees are expected to remain compliant by completing monthly Compliance trainings 
• Must be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs 
• ICU Medical reserves the right to move employees’ departments based on business needs 
• Employees required to wear adequate PPE per the requirements of their department
