Shift time: approx. 3pm-11pm
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in our manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production workers to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.
- Coordinate production activities to meet production targets.
- Address any quality issues or non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive measures as necessary.
- Enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Education and Experience:
- Degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience supervising direct reports in manufacturing environment.
- Metal fabrication or a similar industry experience.
- Prior experience in packaging, labeling, or inventory management is a plus.
