Role

As a Production Operator (also known as Manufacturing Technician, Assembly Operator), you'll be involved in physical labor within a manufacturing plant, operating a variety of hand and power tools. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient production of products according to established procedures, adhering to all safety protocols and workplace policies to ensure profitable business operations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience as a General Labourer in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and machine setups for production runs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, walk and stand for long periods of time.
