Senior Client Case Supervisor

Position Overview:

As a Case Supervisor at Healthcare Plus, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. You will be responsible for staffing new and existing clients, monitoring the delivery of care to participants, and addressing concerns raised by both homecare aides and clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in maintaining compliance with client folders, client visitations, worker performance evaluations, and accurate record-keeping. Collaboration with various departments will be crucial to supporting smooth branch operations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• BILINGUAL (Spanish preferred)

• Valid ID/Drivers License

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Google Suite, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.
