Location: Mission, KS (Remote)

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and analytical individual to join our Pharmacy Strategy and Informatics team focusing on financial analysis of our strategic pharmacy products and services. In this role, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong financial performance metrics for these offerings, ensuring accurate and standardized reporting for all stakeholders.

Reporting Relationship: Manager, Pharmacy Service Operations

Schedule: Generally, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CST. This is a remote position with an expectation to be on campus as needed. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Remote Work Requirements:

• Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)

Reporting Responsibilities:

• Regularly gather financial product performance data for internal and external stakeholders
• Produce ad hoc reports for strategic analysis, product improvement, and roadmap planning
• Support external financial reporting assignments as directed
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive management, supported groups, and other relevant stakeholders
• Cultivate cross-functional relationships to understand critical reporting requirements of key stakeholders.
• Consolidate and integrate data from diverse internal and external sources
• Develop, maintain, and distribute various reporting and performance packages
• Collaborate with technical staff to implement automation for precise and timely processing of performance packages
• Uphold the reliability and integrity of financial processes, records, and report sets

Analytical Responsibilities:

• Scrutinize financial statements for supported departments/areas and scrutinize variances to prior year and forecast
• Analyze account activity, investigate and resolve report discrepancies, and internal inquiries by researching and interpreting financial and product/service usage data, determining reconciliation steps
• Document workflows and identify areas for process improvements
• Aid in the preparation of forecasts and offer variance analysis of actual performance against forecasts

Essential Education and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Healthcare Administration or Accounting, or commensurate experience in business/healthcare/accounting required
• Proficient understanding of Enterprise, Product, and Financial Operations initiatives
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Effective time management and structured organizational skills
• Exemplary attention to detail with the ability to self-review, identify, and rectify data and system issues
• Committed to continuous improvement in processes and the content of reporting
• Determine priorities and operate with a high sense of urgency and accountability

Preferred Education and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a finance concentration or heavy finance component, or CPA preferred
• Relevant experience in financial analysis in a healthcare setting or consulting role a plus

Working Conditions:
This position operates in an office environment. Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Candidates must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.
