Job Description

Job Requirements:

Proficient using MASTERCAM to set up and run parts on DOOSAN LYNX2100LSYB MILL / TURN and PUMA V400MR machines with live tooling.
Setup Machining Centers with Haas, DOOSAN and Fanuc controls.
Operate CNC Machining Centers and Manual Mills if necessary.
Trouble shoot production and setup problems for a LEAN run.
Using MASTERCAM to create CNC programs is a plus
Develop set-up sheets, blueprints sketches’ etc.
Able to use all types of shop floor inspection equipment to inspect parts.
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is necessary.
Keep machines, work area, and equipment clean and free of debris.
MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS.

Qualifications:
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
Degree or diploma from college or vocational school in CNC machining is strongly

Desired and most preferred.
Experience:

5+ years setup and operating Lathe (primarily) and Mills

Computer Skills:

Familiarity with computers running a Windows operating system running standard Windows applications is desired.

Other Skills:

The ability to read and write in English at a level necessary for successful job performance is mandatory.
