Waiter/Bartender

The Body Shop , a vibrant and dynamic nightlife destination, is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Barback/Bartender. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Barback:

• Assist bartenders in the preparation and setup of the bar before and during operating hours.
• Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Wash glassware and utensils, ensuring their cleanliness and readiness for use.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory as needed.
• Dispose of waste and maintain a tidy work environment.

Bartender:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and manage the bar area, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Upsell and promote special drinks or promotions to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a barback or bartender role is preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
