Community Medical Center is looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in a Primary Care setting in Chicago, Illinois! Open to new grads!

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time, permanent position. Clinic is open Monday Thursday from 10a-6p, Friday from 9a-6p and Saturday from 9a-3p.
• APP will work at 3 different locations - Addison, Melrose Park, and Bellwood
• Quality of life is valued by this team no call required
• Outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• FNP/PA will see an average of 20 25 patients a day

Background Profile:

• FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, MSN or Physician Assistant/PA-C
• Bilingual Spanish speak is a plus!
