Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Department: Retail Banking
Reports To: VP, Branch Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Summary: This position is primarily responsible for verification of the accuracy and integrity of customer account documentation. Additional tasks involve collecting records for audit requests and creating/maintaining procedures for internal reference.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Verify the accuracy and integrity of customer account records and documentation.
- Work closely with Retail Banking and Compliance.
- Maintain accurate and complete records and prepare reports of completed file review and exception items if applicable.
- Ensure compliance to Bank procedures and regulatory standards by reviewing all included documentation and Jack Henry account records for accuracy.
- Ability to identify issues and communicate effectively with the bankers to resolve exceptions.
- Assist Compliance department by preparing documentation for audit samples.
- Maintain Bank internal control standards, including timely review of new customer accounts/files.
- Ensure operational integrity through compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Knowledge of Jack Henry SilverLake Xperience preferred.
