PROJECT WORK - Floor Care Loyola Maywood

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Care Specialist to join our team. As a Floor Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities. This includes performing tasks such as cleaning, buffing, and carpet cleaning. The shift consists of Monday through Friday from 5pm to 130am. Pay is bi-weekly at $16 an hour.

• Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays.
• Perfect attendance and punctuality is a must.
• Must be able to pass background check per hospital policy.
• 90-day temp probationary period
• Work Location: In person

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 per week

Duties:
- Clean and maintain floors in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Perform routine floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure effective results
- Conduct floor buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of floors
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs related to flooring
- Assist with carpet cleaning and stain removal as required
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floor care or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods
- Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers, polishers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
