Framer
- $18 to $25 Hourly
- Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to specifications
- Assemble and install framing components, including walls, floors, and roofs
- Install windows, doors, and trim- Collaborate with other carpenters and construction professionals to complete projects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a framer or carpenter in the construction industry
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics
- Familiarity with remodeling projects and working with drywall, plaster, siding, and roofing materials
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Must have own tools
- Must have valid I.D.
- Must have own transportation
-Must have a truck (might have to pick up material)
-Must have at least 3 years experience
-No less than 40 per week
-Driver's License or I.D. (Preferred)
-Ability to Commute: Los Angeles, CA (Required)
