Job Description

Our organization is hiring an experienced full-cycle mortgage recruiter to help us find, attract, and hire mortgage professionals with a commitment to excellence. You’ll spearhead the recruitment process from start to finish and use multiple candidate sourcing methods in your search.

This role will consist of outbound call activity, relationship building, pipeline management, and an overall emphasis on providing a best-in-class recruiting journey for top loan originators in the market you will be supporting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Mortgage Sales Recruiter looking to join an organization experiencing hypergrowth. The position will allow you to utilize your experience in high call volume while

Our ideal applicant will have excellent relationship-building skills and many years of experience as a mortgage recruiter with a successful track record of consistently placing top talent. Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000

Responsibilities:
  • Interface with hiring managers and branch managers to build and refine a recruiting process for mortgage professionals (mortgage loan officers, mortgage loan processors, underwriters, etc.)
  • Handle the full-cycle recruiting process for the direct hire of qualified candidates, including candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up
  • Record detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system
  • Amplify candidate search opportunities with top talent sources, such as colleges, networking groups, service organizations, military sources, and technical schools
  • Manage a strong pipeline of solid relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with passive candidates and prospects that may be a match in the future
  • Leverage outreach methods to job seekers, such as high volume cold calling, open houses, job fairs, job boards, and social media
Qualifications:
  • Superb communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Current knowledge of recruitment best practices, human resource policies, EEO and affirmative action policies and guidelines
  • Proficient with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools


  •   Three years of experience with full-cycle recruiting, or as a sales manager, branch manager, or mortgage loan officer in the mortgage industry.
