Ollie & Hobbes is in SouthPointe Pavilions on Pine Lake Road. We are looking for part-time hosts. We are a busy full-service restaurant. This position would require 3-5 shifts per week. A host presents a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness, excellent service, and high standards. The host greets guests upon arrival, informs guests of their wait time, monitors a waiting list, shows guests to their table, and thanks guests as they leave.
A host must be a people person with a great attitude. They are responsible for welcoming guests to the restaurant and making that very important first impression. The host is also responsible for a few items such as cleaning the front door and menus, answering the phone, taking to-go orders, and helping guests with picking up to-go or curbside orders. This is a great entry-level position before moving up to server or bartender.
