WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A FIELD SUPERINTENDENT - EXTERIOR REMODELING

To excel as a Field Superintendent at M&M, you must bring a blend of practical skills and hands-on experience to the table. Previous residential construction experience is a must, with commercial experience considered a bonus. Strong organizational skills and basic iPad proficiency are essential for seamless project management. You should be physically fit, capable of lifting up to 80 pounds intermittently and 40 pounds regularly, and comfortable working in various weather conditions for extended periods.

Climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and inspecting attics up to two and a half stories high should be second nature to you. Fluency in Spanish at a conversational level or a strong willingness to learn is highly beneficial for effective communication on-site. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Previous construction experience (residential mandatory, commercial preferred)
• Strong organization and basic iPad skills
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds intermittently and 40 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders and walk across sloped and flat roof surfaces up to two and a half stories high
• Ability to climb into navigate and inspect attics
• Ability to communicate at conversational level in Spanish or be working toward achieving that level
