As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire a Commercial Field Service Supervisor with 10+ years of continuous commercial service experience that can offer new thoughts and ideas.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Field Service Supervisor for the Northern Ky and Greater Cincinnati areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and customer service. This candidate should have the ability to obtain a Kentucky Journeyman license immediately, if not already obtained. Pay Range:
$97,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Designate and direct field repairs, offering finite technical solutions.
- Manage and evaluate field personnel.
- Offer insight and training needs for field personnel.
- Interview new applicants.
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.
- ensure efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid KY Journeyman license.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and climb ladders.
- Must possess personal hand tools.
- Must be able to pass drug and background screens.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- References are required.
